How
do you look?
In this new millennium, an effective web
site and graphic presentation are the most affordable
ways to inform, engage, advertise and sell to
your target market in your local area, and around
the world. No matter the type or size of your
business or organization, there is a great advantage
to having a strong visual presence in this fast-paced,
information driven society.
At WebContour, our mission is to design and maintain
professional, custom web sites, logos and graphic
packages for business and nonprofit organizations.
We work closely with our clients to insure that
the best representation is shown to your core
audience.
Design
Process and Technologies
•
Web/Graphic Design Process |
The business practice we
use to design/implement web sites and
graphic packages is the following:
-
The potential client
fills out an online “Needs Assessment
Questionnaire”, detailing their
business needs.
-
Initial "Business
Needs Assessment" meeting: We meet
with the potential client to go over
the answers in the form and get complete
information about the specific needs
for their web presence / graphic package.
-
We draw up a design
proposal, including the pricing structure,
the specific services we would provide
the client, as well as sample pages
for their review.
-
If the potential client
is interested in pursuing design with
WebContour, we then compose a contract
for the services that we will offer
them.
-
After contract signing,
we implement the design, and communicate
with the client to receive all content
for the project.
-
“Outstanding Issue
Resolution” meeting: we meet with
the client and present the completed
site/graphics via the a preview website.
We review all pages and show all tests
of functionality.
-
The graphics are committed
to print and/or the web site is uploaded
to the server.
